THIS IS A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT AND PUBLIC NOTICE.

By accessing this website, any associated channels, purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, possessing, using, or in any manner interacting with BTMOB (hereinafter referred to as the “Software” or “Tool”), you expressly acknowledge, represent and warrant that you have carefully read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to every term, condition, waiver, release, and covenant contained herein. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately cease all interaction, permanently leave this website and destroy any copies of the Software.

BTMOB is a software tool provided strictly and exclusively for lawful, legitimate, ethical and authorized purposes only.

Authorized Uses (Strictly Limited):

• Legitimate academic and educational research in cybersecurity and mobile security within controlled ethical environments
• Authorized ethical penetration testing, red teaming or vulnerability assessment with prior express written permission from the lawful device owner
• Consensual parental supervision of minor children’s devices where expressly permitted under applicable family law
• Consensual enterprise device management in full compliance with employment contracts, corporate policies and explicit written consent of all affected parties

1. MANDATORY PRIOR CONSENT REQUIREMENT

The Software shall not be installed, executed, monitored or used on any device unless the user is either the sole legal owner with full authority or has obtained current, specific, informed, express, written, voluntary and freely revocable consent from every legal owner and every primary user of the device.

Any use without such prior explicit written consent is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of computer fraud, unauthorized access, privacy, and cybercrime laws in virtually every jurisdiction worldwide, including but not limited to the CFAA (USA), GDPR (EU), Computer Misuse Act (UK), Lei Carolina Dieckmann and LGPD (Brazil), and equivalent statutes globally.

2. STRICT AND ABSOLUTE PROHIBITIONS

You irrevocably covenant and agree that you will not, under any circumstances, use or permit the use of BTMOB for any illegal, unauthorized, malicious, fraudulent, deceptive, coercive or harmful purpose, including but not limited to:

  • Unauthorized access, surveillance, data interception or exfiltration
  • Stalking, harassment, blackmail, extortion, or any form of abuse
  • Theft of credentials, financial information, personal data or intellectual property
  • Corporate, industrial, governmental or private espionage or sabotage
  • Circumvention of security measures or consent mechanisms
  • Distribution, resale or provision to any third party reasonably likely to use it unlawfully

3. COMPLETE DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED STRICTLY “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE” AND “WITH ALL FAULTS”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER, DISTRIBUTORS, WEBSITE OPERATORS, TELEGRAM CHANNEL ADMINISTRATORS AND ALL AFFILIATED PARTIES (COLLECTIVELY THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, UNDETECTABILITY OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

You assume all risk as to the quality, performance, and results of the Software. The Released Parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from the use or misuse of the Software.

4. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, fines, penalties, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Software, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

5. AGE, COMPETENCE AND IRREVOCABLE ACCEPTANCE

You represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you possess full legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement. Your continued access to this website or any use of the Software after publication of this notice constitutes your irrevocable and unconditional acceptance of all terms herein.

Proceed solely if you are fully committed to strict compliance with all applicable laws and the obtainment of all required explicit consents.
